We are looking for a skilled baker to our bakery in London

Fabrique is an artisinal stone oven bakery from Stockholm, Sweden. What we do is simple, but far from the ordinary. We use fresh, natural ingredients and traditional methods to make artisanal sourdough bread.

We use a stone oven for the best possible taste. And, because we bake by hand and take our time to get the best result, our bread is as healthy as it is delicious. Since 2008, we have opened 14 bakery shops in Stockholm and four in London.

Currently, we have two positions for full-time skilled bakers to join our team. We want you to be dedicated and focused with a big passion for bread.

We are using a rolling schedule with two weeks on night shift and two weeks on day shift.

This is what we are looking for in a candidate:

– Professional experience from baking a range of breads, especially sourdough

– Knowledge of all bread making processes; ingredients, mother culture, preferment, mixing, fermentation, shaping, proving, baking

– An eye for detail och consistency

Any of these would be a bonus:

– Viennosierie/Pastry/Cake baking experience
