A.K.A Relocations are so happy to be introducing our new Property and concierge Manager Claire Bailey.


AKA Management offers a boutique and uniquely personal approach to both Property and Tenancy Management for both Corporate and Private Clients.  Ours is a very individual service tailored to each and every circumstance, with a dedicated Manager for every Client combining both a professional and common sense approach to every circumstance.

We manage individual properties, let whilst their owners are overseas as well as properties which are held for investment purposes, and we do this as if they were our own with regular inspections, and monitoring.

We also manage Corporate and Private Tenancies, following on from relocations we will do everything in our power to ensure a smooth transition to the UK and offer a personal service covering everything from Utility bills to the delivery of fresh flowers on a weekly basis.
Presented below are some of the services A.K.A Relocation provides:

  • Flower delivery (weekly, monthly etc)
  • Check post and watering flowers whilst you are away
  • Booking various tickets for travel, theatre, weekends way etc.
  • Ad hoc secretarial services (for when you need an extra pair of hands)
  • Health insurance
  • House cleaner
  • Rubbish removal
  • Au – pair / nanny
  • Dry cleaning (collection and delivery service)
  • Key holding service (office hours only)
  • Help with buying TV and other UK electrical equipment
  • Finding local doctor
  • Finding local dentist
  • Finding local (or close to work) gym and swimming pool
  • Local good taxi service
  • Set up and Allocate funds to Clients Account
  • Pay all monthly bills
  • Liaise with Landlord or Landlords agent over any repairs etc necessary to the property
  • Maintain regular contact to ensure there are no outstanding issues
  • Supply a concierge service for Tickets, Weekend Breaks or anything the Client wishes.

If you are moving or new to a property we can help too.

  • Arrange and agree Schedule of condition/inventory on new property
  • Oversee any incoming furniture from removal company to Client specification
  • Arrange handyman to put up pictures etc.
  • Arrange electrician to install ceiling lamps etc.
  • Arrange for Sky/ Other TV Services
  • Set up Utilities/Council Tax etc. (including BT, Broadband, Water)
  • Arrange Residential car parking permit
  • Arrange Household insurance
  • Finding local doctor
  • Finding local dentist
  • Finding local (or close to work) gym and swimming pool
  • Find cleaner/Gardener
